By using superior, durable knock-down (KD) structures and ensuring our products can withstand daily wear, we're reducing the need for frequent replacements. This not only extends product life and reduces resource use, but also helps cut down on furniture waste.

We firmly reject the waste caused by excessive packaging. We're introducing a knock-down (KD) design, an innovative approach that optimises not only the product itself but reduces packaging and transport space. This step curbs resource consumption, cuts transport emissions, and underscores our commitment to global sustainability.

Transportation

Low-Emission
We leverage sea freight, known for its lower carbon emissions, to dispatch our products from the manufacturers to various global locations, reducing our carbon footprint on a global scale. Looking ahead, we will continue to assess and collaborate with carriers offering carbon-neutral delivery services via electric vehicles and e-bikes.

Our Sustainability

SONGMICS HOME has teamed up with One Tree Planted, a non-profit organisation committed to restoring nature and its biodiversity while promoting sustainability, on a tree planting project in the United States.

This project will help restore soil and landscapes, support habitats to restore biodiversity, and plant trees which absorb carbon dioxide to combat climate change, paving the way for a greener and healthier future for generations to come.

We have pledged to donate 1% of the income from our US official website to plant trees with One Tree Planted. As of 2023, we have planted 18,726 trees across the globe. With the support of our loyal customers, we can move closer to a better tomorrow by taking the path of sustainable development!

Animal Welfare

We extend our positive care to all life forms, not to mention our fur-tastic friends.

In November 2023, we forged a partnership with La SPA, one of the world's oldest and highly esteemed animal protection organisations, to lend our support to the shelter's stray cats. We share La SPA's belief in the importance of not only physical care but also emotional support for these animals. We donated food and medicine, and using our innovative Clickat Collection products, we designed a dedicated playground for them, aiming to infuse a dash of joy into their lives.

Our support didn't end there. We extended our help to five other animal shelters by donating cat trees, helping more stray animals find the warmth of a home. At SONGMICS HOME, we envision a world where humans and animals coexist harmoniously. We believe that an ideal home is one that is lovingly crafted for all its inhabitants, including our animal companions.

In our commitment to spreading love and comfort to our furry friends worldwide, SONGMICS HOME gifted 17 cat trees, 25 sets of feeding bowls, and 74 dog beds to Priceless Pets, a non-profit animal welfare organisation, on 24 May 2022. This was our way of providing these furry companions with the comfort and resources they so richly deserve.

Priceless Pets, a donation-based organisation, operates its life-saving efforts out of multiple adoption centres. It places a strong emphasis on education and animal welfare through its unique Ranch and Learning Center in Chino Hills. It also operates a veterinary clinic that provides affordable services to the public, making pet care accessible to all.

Disaster Aid

Facing unforeseen disasters, we're ready to lend a hand, to help everyone get through tough times together.

In the early hours of 6 February 2023, local time, two strong earthquakes struck southeastern Turkey near Syria. This calamity has left 1.5 million Turks bereft of homes, while its shockwaves have deeply affected 9 million Syrians.

SONGMICS HOME deeply empathises with the victims of this disaster. We've swiftly sent a batch of camp beds and picnic mats, hoping to provide some tangible relief to the people in the impacted regions. These items, though simple, are designed to provide support in these challenging times. It's our modest endeavor to infuse a sense of warmth and comfort into the areas torn apart by this disaster.
