• + How do I join?

  Just sign up to join our program. There are no extra fees. The more orders you make, the faster your loyalty rank will rise, unlocking new rewards and benefits for future purchases and more.

• + What can I get if I join in?

  After joining our loyalty program, your loyalty level will progress with every purchase you make. This way, you will automatically unlock new rewards such as access to events and member exclusive promotions.

• + How do I know my current level?

  Once you've signed up, you can view your member information on the "My Account" page. The SONGMICS HOME CLUB page is a personalized page with all details about your membership level, available rewards, your progress toward the next level, and the rewards for each level.

• + How do I level-up?

  You'll automatically advance to the next level once you've reached the spending limit for your current level - you'll also receive a just-for-you token of our appreciation for each level!

• + I have more than one SONGMICS HOME account. Is it possible to transfer points?

  It is not possible to transfer points or combine accounts. To maximize your perks, we recommend that you shop with one account only.

• + When will I get points for my order?

  You will get the points when your order status changes to fulfilled.

• + Can I earn points if I place an order before signing up?

  Unfortunately, our reward points are available only to registered members. To earn points, please sign up as a member before placing your order. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

• + When will the tier points become effective?

  The rank points will become effective 30 days after your order status becomes fulfilled.

• + When will I receive the referral points?

  You will get 2,000 points after your referral uses your link to place an order of more than £80, and their order status becomes fulfilled.

• + How long are my points valid?

  Bonus Points are valid for 24 months from the day you earn them. Membership tier points (for the progression of membership levels) are connected to a 12 month validity period.

• + How to Redeem Your Points for Free Products?

  1. Register or Log In
  2. Browse and add items you like to your cart
  3. Go to the Rewards Page, locate the Redeem Product Module, choose the product you want, and click Redeem.
  Note: Free product redemption requires meeting specific tier or point levels. Check your eligibility here (At the top of the page).
  4. Proceed to your shopping cart and complete the checkout process.
  Note: Do not apply other discount codes. If a code has been used, remove it, return to the homepage, and then go back to the cart to access your free product benefit.

• + What happens to points if an order is refunded?

  Points will be credited back to your account. Please check your points balance after the refund is processed.

• + What are Members Only Deals?

  Members Only Deals are special deals that change monthly
  1. After setting up your SONGMICS HOME membership account, you will gain access to exclusive Members Only Deals.
  2. Members Only Deals are active only as long as they are in supply.
  3. Members Only Deal discounts cannot be combined with other discounts.
